Do not buy for KM dslr's

Strengths: none for me that is

Weakness: Slow...I mean really slow

!!!Do not buy for KM dslr's!!! Got tired of waiting for the sandisk extreme 3 on back order, found this card, great price, seems to work well with canon products, well, I don't have a canon product. Just got a KM 5D, and this card is horridly slow, slower then my pny cheapie I have in it. There seems to be some compatibility issues, so steer clear of this product for KM dslr's.

Kingston 2GB Elite Pro CF

Strengths: Well priced, fairly fast, reliable

Weakness: Not as fast as the Ultra II

I purchased this card for my Digital Rebel XT. Speedwise, it is noticably slower than the Sandisk Ultra II cards I have been using - transfer rates are about 1 - 1.5 MB/sec less. This is to be expected, as Elite Pros are 50X speed rated compared with 66X for the Ultra II. However, this card was almost 1/2 the price of the 2GB Ultra II, and performance is more than sufficient for my SLR. For the...

Fast card with cheap price

Strengths: Perfomance/Cost is the best

Weakness: a little slower for sport shooting

It's the cheapest 2GB CF card with high speed. Although it is a little slower than lexar 80X , Sandisk Ultra, it's certainly faster than many of the others. This card worked well in my canon rebel XT camera and I just sold my Sandisk 2GB ultra card to save $80 from my pocket.

Kingston 2GB Elite Pro CompactFlash Card

Strengths: Price/Performance ratio is excellent at around $70.

Weakness: Not quite as fast as my Lexar Professional 80x Second Edition 1GB card

While the card is perfectly acceptable in my Nikon D70 in normal shot to shot situations, it's not quite up to part with my Lexar in continuous drive mode.

Pretty good CF card at a reasonable price

Strengths: Faster than regular CF cards Cheaper than Sandisk Ultra-2

Weakness: Havn't seen any yet.

I had a Sandisk 256M and a Viking 512M CF cards before getting this one. This Kingston Elite Pro is faster than both of them. With the other cards, when I shoot raw pictures in continuous mode, the speed slows down after about 5 shots. With this card, the slow-down doesn't occur until after 8 shots.

great card, would recommend it

Strengths: - 1.95 gigs - speed of transfer

Weakness: - none so far

I got this card for a week long trip that i'm going on next week knowing i'm not going to be around a computer. So far I have had a few chances to test it out at a few events as well as using it to transfer files. Size, it is great to have a 2 gig card that reads close to 2 gigs, this card reads as 1.95 gigs. I have had no problem with my cannon powershot IS camera taking pictures or video. I...

2GB Kingston Elite Pro CF card

Strengths: fast data transferring speed, good quality and reasonable price

Weakness: none up to now

This high capacity 2GB CF card shows a pretty high value/cost ratio by providing a fast data transferring speed when used in a digital camera or a PDA. I recommend this product for those who are searching for a reliable memory card for their digital camera.

Kingston Elite Pro 2GB CompactFlash Card

Strengths: Fast, large capacity. Works well with my Olympus C-8080 Wide Zoom. Comes with case for the card.

Weakness: None.

Very good value (I picked it up for $100) for a high-speed, high-capacity card. If you're looking for a high-capacity Compact Flash card, you'll definitely want to consider this card. You won't be sorry, especially for the price.

Kingston Elite Pro 2GB CompactFlash Card

Strengths: fast, good value

Weakness: none

It's the cheapest 2GB CF type I card today. It's certainly faster than many of the others. How it performs in your camera is probably different from what I get. There are online databases which list many camera models and CF card performance tested with those cameras. Rob Galbraith's database is one of them. This card worked well in my canon camera and also CF card reader. If you find your CF...

Kingston Elite Pro 2GB CompactFlash Card

Strengths: Fast transfer speeds

Weakness: None

I'm very pleased with this card. Picked it up for just over $100. I have no complaints with this card in my 20D. Much faster than my 40x Lexar. Downloads via USB reader were also equally impressive. Probably the best bang for the buck in the 2GB CF market today.
